Your message will be immediately forwarded to an Orglmeister service technician via a ticket system. The technician will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Regular incident response takes place Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
In many cases, we can resolve faults at short notice and online via a remote maintenance module. If this is not possible, we will arrange an on-site visit with you as soon as possible.

It is helpful to specify your PYROsmart® project number, which always begins with “P” (e.g., P123456). You will find the project number on each PYROsmart® module as well as in the PYROsmart® terminal software in the upper status bar.
